I had been without heat for a few weeks due to a drawn-out warrantee claim that failed to resolve. I found Vince online looking for someone who specialized in boilers/steam heat like mine. He arrived that day, calculated the BTUs I would need for a replacement boiler and got a contract to me for replacement within a week. He removed the old furnace, installed the new boiler, cleaned up and checked all my radiators, replacing vents where needed. I am now toasty warm and confident that the work Vince did will last or years to come. He has a strong work ethic and no-nonsense approach that I appreciate. He also includes 2 years worth of annual check-up service in his contract — bonus!
Vince replaced the gas service line for my house in Oakland. He arrived quickly after calling and provided an honest and detailed quotation in writing for the work. He made recommendations that improved the safety and reliability of the gas supply line and performed the work quickly at a fair price. He is a good communicator and is accessible at all times. I plan to use Vince Marino Plumbing LLC for future work on the house.

Vince is great! It was pure luck that we contacted him from a list of plumbers. He quickly helped our church with a difficult boiler situation. He spent a great deal of time on the phone with us discussing our issue and stepped right in to tackle the problem. He was in constant contact during the entire process. It was amazing to find someone that takes the time to communicate with a customer daily if needed. Vince will be our go to guy from now on. He went above and beyond with his service.

Amazing professional plumber who really helped me out in a pinch!
I called him one day in advance and he was there the next day, on time, to the second.
He resolved the issues that were screwed up by a previous plumber and did my install and repair in no time at all.
I would recommend Vince to anyone I know in Pittsburgh.

I called Vince after discovering several problems with leaky toilets and faucets around the house. We were able to schedule a meeting within minutes and he was able to come address the problems as soon as the very next day. His prices are fair and his work meticulous. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a professional to take care of their plumbing problems.
I called Vince on a Saturday around noon and he was at my house within two hours. He was able to fix my clogged sewer and also unclog my bathtub very quickly and for a very good price. I plan on calling Vince for any problems I have in the future. A real professional.
I hired Vince to fix some issues with the shower controls in the condo we own in Pittsburgh. He was recommended to my tenant as an honest and competent plumber. Living in the Chicago area, managing these things remotely can be somewhat difficult. The controls had been installed incorrectly by a previous plumber, and, without opening up the entire wall, Vince was able to triage the situation, explain it to me over the telephone (texting me pictures) and quoting on the project. Everything went smoothly, and according to my tenants, he was very friendly, picked up after himself, and completed the repairs promptly. He interfaced with the building engineer to arrange for water shutoff, etc. He suggested an additional upgrade that would save us further headaches down the road. He also fixed something completely unrelated as a courtesy. I would certainly not hesitate to recommend Vince Marino to others based on this seamless experience.

I called Vince Marino when my boiler failed. He responded quickly, explained everything that needed to be done, and worked efficiently to install a new boiler. His costs were very reasonable. I highly recommend Vince Marino, and I will not hesitate to call him again in the future.
Vince is a great guy and a very good plumber.
He arrived right on time and fixed the problem (toilet leak+seal replacement) methodically and efficiently. Vince worked fast but paid great attention to the smallest details and was most thorough to clean the area once he was finished.
He seemed very knowledgable and charged us very reasonably. If ever, another plumbing issue will arise–we know whom to call.
Vince arrived promptly and immediately diagnosed the problem. He was in and out in under an hour and lived true to his promises and price. Service was wonderful and he gave us good preventative advice.

My father in law, first started using Vince for backflow valve inspections at our funeral home. From that initial call, we have used Vince for our plumbing needs … commercial and residential. He is responsive to emergency situations, and, makes sure the job is complete and well done to meet and exceed expectations. If he detects another area of concern, he is certain to make appropriate recommendations and follow-up with a plan of action… he is capable to handle the smallest job or tackle the largest project (such as sewer lines) which involve a lot of hard labor. Safety is his key concern, and,Vince makes sure the job meets all standards. The best thing about Vince, is that when finished, the area is left neat , clean and done. No Worries

Vince is fantastic with all sorts of plumbing and steam heating. He has bailed me out of many jams. He is the complete package. When he digs through a wall to replace a pipe, he is able to plaster and paint the wall when he is done to get the room back to normal again. When he digs through the floor to replace a pipe, he is able to tile the floor to normal appearance again. With the steam heating, he is innovative and educational. He is willing to explain the problem and the solution clearly to the owner. Vince is not afraid to tackle the tough projects that require significant work and perseverance. He gives you a fair price for all work he does. He is willing to come out immediately when there is an emergency.
